Groucho's Deli is known for its hot, open-faced Dipper sandwiches and its signature Formula 45 sauce. Harold "Groucho" Miller founded Groucho's in Columbia, South Carolina, in 1941. Today it's a fast-casual neighborhood deli that serves made-to-order warm deli sandwiches, fresh salads and award-winning sweet tea, all made with fresh, never-frozen ingredients. The deli still uses the founder's original recipes for potato salad, coleslaw and dressings, and it still follows his motto: "Quality is the most important ingredient in a sandwich."
